I'm in an art block, but I'm almost free from college so... I'll be able to procastinate and sleep, eat and view porn all the time I like to. Yay.

And that's all... I want to rush and do things but at the same time I'm lazy.

It's pretty late so before going to bed I'll post some old Dan/Walter doodles I've been accumulating... there's a Rorschach there too.

Ideas for the westmen?? I would like to hear /read/ some. And, of course, critique appreciate :)

Besides that, I would like to draw more but I'm just about to end the semester at school so I have some work... (doing a book, two colored pencils packaging, a brief documentary video, two essays, two theoric works and two tests). I just want to end the week so I can spend my days sleeping and drawing watchmen slash xD

Pffft, I'm tired and I have problems with my stupid and very important homework. I want to have the time and energy to color things xDDD

So since it's late and I'm tired I'll post more westmen... stuff. Why do I do this o_O? ok whatever, they are just a few doodles... with a lot of mistakes but thanks god I hope I can get in good drawing shape soon... I'll just draw to die xD

And, I have a little idea about this now so maybe in a couple of days I'll finish -or begin xD- a page for this strange watchmen AU... because I'm getting obsessed with it, I just have to manage the way I want to draw them because they are difficult xO

And... don't pay attention to the strange chibis there, I don't like chibis but for some odd reason they seem to fit with watchmen stuff (at least in everyone else's style, my chibis suck).


Ok whatever I'll stop writing because I can't think and I'm becoming EMO here... right?!

Like... WTF?

Since I saw that Rorschach's drawing in wich he's all old west like I became more obsess. It just looks great, so I NEED to see more... so I had to draw it myself D=

I want to do more old west AU things, maybe I'll find a good idea and make a little comic <3 (So if you read this and do have an idea, tell me so we can give the little comic a plot XDDD).

That comic page looks... so wrong, Walter is pretty difficult to achieve.

And, a Sally Jupiter I'm trying to figure out how to color... I'm in love with this one because I didn't use reference for the pose xDDD (That's why it has a lot of mistakes). That's pretty normal BUT it's a woman. I don't draw woman, I SUCK at them. Really I do D=

I like to use typography but I suck with it.

Yeah, like... god I'm on "late spring break" right now, but I feel bad for staying all the day infront of the computer xD

But I don't really know if I can go out right now... I would like to buy an sketchbook since mine's out since 2 months ago... And I want to buy the next watchmen issue (here's just printed in spanish). But I don't have money nor transport xD and there's some paranoia running over the city with all the flu epidemic issue.So I don't know if it's safe at all get out, really, and I don't know if there's gonna be shops open at all.

I kind of feel like in "Now, as Before" xDDD but just because I just read it...

Ok so... I guess I should post some watchmen doodles but I don't really like them right now (maybe if I redo them xD), so I'll just post some wips, because I don't like my journal to look old and neglected D=





This one's been in the same state since like 4 days ago. I'm just lazy D= Anyway I was trying a different way of coloring in photoshop. I kind of like it and it's fast (and even with that I haven't finished xD).



I don't know if I'll ever finish this one, but I'm learning a lot from it since I never use painter. Until now xD I'm beginning to understand it a little so I hope this would get finished soon. Like my fourth time in painter, my first one actually getting use to it, I want to get to really used it from now on.

Well, since I'm entering this new fandom, I'll post some doodles I did on tegaki.

Yeah, maybe it's the movie's fault, thought I read the comic a lot before I even know there would be a movie. It's just that I got pretty impresed by it (by the comic) so I never thought of doing any fandom.

But, guess the movie gave me a hint on discover what does the internet has to offer xDD

Bien, lo que sigue en la cosa esa:


Como se ve ahí ya empece a definir más al sujeto, igual con la misma brocha y sólo cambio la opacidad y el flow... sigo en una sola capa, cosa por la que seguramente me arrepentiré luego con el fondo...

Realmente esto lo iba a poner hace semanas o algo pero no he tenido tiempo. Ahorita tampoco tengo... ¡ya quiero vacaciones!

Y estoy en mi etapa emo de "Qué haré de mi vida si soy chafa en el dibujo?" Pero bueno, cuando salga de vacaciones ya bien me pondre a dibujar por que ya no lo he hecho desde hace como... semanas o algo, no sé, pero se siente como una eternidad.

En otras cosas, compren el comic que están sacando de Angel Caído, lo sacan con el apoyo de editorial vid:


La imágen es de supercomics.com.mx (por si no se ve ahí en enorme) una página muy buena por la que hay que pasar.

Y pues las portadas son de Mauricio Herrera (wow! es genial ese señor, quiero ser como él ;^;) pero los interiores son de Rodrigo Tobias o algo así (perdón xD) la verdad en el número cero estaban... medio del nabo xD pero en el número uno se nota una mejoría... la verdad yo soy peor así que ya para que criticamos tanto, los dos necesitamos mejorar bastante (más yo).

Como sea, vale la pena comprarlo... al menos el número uno para reírse un ratito.

Bien, tengo tarea de colorear algo con plumón, pero como es un pollo ahí de flojera no lo haré. Mejor me puse a colorear otra cosa en la compu y ha intentar ver que onda con el blog de Disgrafo pues es tarea xD

Bien aquí el avance del anterior:



Aquí estoy poniendo como el boceto a color para ver si me agrada o cambio la gama de colores... se me dificulta bastante eso, escoger colores adecuados y las fuentes de luz =/  Así que aquí decidí usar colores cálidos para el sujeto y fríos en el fondo... pero los estoy usando muy opacos. También decidí que la fuente de luz estuviera atrás y eso... para intentar cosas nuevas y ver qué aprendo aquí. A ver qué sale xD

También se ve el tipo de brocha que estoy usando (uso la misma para todo generalmente) y que por ahora sólo tengo dos layers: el del boceto y el del boceto a color.

Bien, es todo, ojala a alguien le sirva algún día xD

 Bueno pues hoy fue un día... no se, aprendí cosas importantes, creo... bueno, como sea, me he decidido a hacer algo diario o de perdida seguido, algo así como un speed paint diario o algo xD debería empezar con fondos por que me urge aprender =S

 Así que sigo en mi modo emo de "soy una basura que no es genial en el dibujo" xDDD  ¡ya quiero mejorar! jo, me pondré a dibujar hasta morir xD

 Bien, aquí una cochinada rápida que trataré de colorear luego:


Como ven, soy un asco pintando fondos. Ah, sí, está en photoshop cs3 :B

Pondré los avances aquí y chance cómo la hice (no es tutorial por que no creo poder enseñar nada, pero es útil ver esas cosas luego xD). Claro que si va saliendo bien, o quizás ahí si sea tutorial de lo que no se debe hacer xD.

Bueno, pondré aquí una mini historia que nació para ver si salía en el segundo especial de disl3lexia  (una pequeña publicación nacional). Quién sabe si logre llegar a imprenta por que las demás historias han de ser mejores... pero ps el intento se hizo xDD el sombreado es fatal O_O y sigo cambiando de estilo al dibujar páginas... pero me pondré en friega a hacer páginas y páginas de comic para ser mejor (xD).




A pesar de tener una calidad malona y estar a la carrera, me divertí haciéndolo xD juro que la siguiente historia que haga (que será para el especial de disl3xia niñas) la haré lo mejor que pueda  *héroe*  y sombrearé lo mejor que me permita mi capacidad en desarrollo xD

Otra cosa buena fue que aquí nació el Sr. Hipopótamo y el Sr. Mimo... que no son señores en realidad...

 Bueno pues debería estar haciendo otras cosas -como siempre- pero aquí está un dibujillo de Natas, Migue y Judy, hecho hace no se qué mes:




Son sus nuevas versiones, las que supongo ya se quedarán (aunque Judy ni cambio casi...). Comentarios extras de la Conejoto =D (que siempre pone cositas por ahí, ¿qué haría yo si no? xD)

Well, first thing here... I dunno if there's gonna be someone who actually will read this but... well, whatever. I began this to post the sketches I do, because I think some of them are worty of see (at least for myself  xD).

So, first try, I'm actually working in this little history:



It's just in spanish at the moment but noboby is reading this so it doesn't matter xD

I prefer the first sketch, with the more cartoon guys xD
